With only 4 clients per class, you’ll get the personal attention and expert guidance you need to move with confidence—whether you’re brand new or experienced.

 

Wherever you're starting from, we’ll meet you there and help you progress—one powerful, 50-minute session at a time.

Mat Pilates

Core Strength & Confidence – Just 7 Per Class

Looking to build strength, improve posture, and move with ease? Our Mat Pilates classes are designed to help you feel strong from the inside out. Using bodyweight exercises and small props like bands, balls, and hoops, you’ll develop deep core stability, flexibility, and control that carries into everyday life.

With only 7 people per class, you’ll enjoy personalised instruction in a welcoming, supportive setting—perfect for all levels, whether you're brand new or returning to the mat.

These 60-minute sessions lay the foundation for a stronger, more balanced, and pain-free body—so you can move better, feel better, and live better.
