Our instructors – Rosina, Anna, and Heather – are fully qualified in pre- and post-natal exercise and will tailor movements to suit your individual needs, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable in every session.
If you're new to Reformer Pilates during pregnancy, we recommend beginning with a one-to-one session to help you feel fully supported before joining a group class.
